Based on availability, these rates will apply if you wish to arrive up to 3 days before and stay up to 3 days after our event.  Once the block of rooms being held at these rates for our reunion are exhausted, additional rooms, if available may be reserved at possibly a higher rate.

You can still make your reservation after November 15, 2009 however, your name will not be placed in the drawing for one free night hotel stay.

May 31, 2009 is the final deadline date to book your hotel room. After May 31, 2009 all unreserved rooms for our group will be released.

 

 

 

Free Night Stay Contest expired Nov. 15, 2009. Details: The Free night must be applied to the reunion stay and booked in the winner’s name at the hotel for the nights of July 9 and July 10, 2010. Drawing will be held at the banquet dinner on Saturday July 10, 2009; the winner must be present at the drawing to win. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PSL Committed Room Block: 106 rooms July 9 and July 10 - 53 rooms per night

Rooms remaining from the PSL Room Block as of Nov 15: July 9 and 10 are 38 rooms per night

Note: Rooms not reserved under our block may not count toward our guest room committment which means the PSL reunion may be responsible for paying for unused rooms in our block commitment.

The commited block of rooms allows our reunion to use hotel ballroom/meeting space at no charge
